I bought several cookie-cutting shapes to come up with good looking meals.
this Avocado stack can be easily changed to include or exclude anything you enjoy, this recipe is for 4 people:
2 ripe Avodados, cut into cubes
2 roasted red peppers (capsicum), deseeded prior and peeled after roasting them in the oven
juice of 1 lime or 1/2 lemon
salt, pepper to taste
Mix the above ingredients together, press into the heart shape or any other, about 3 cm high and decorate with anything you enjoy or are allowed to eat:
Blueberries, basil or rocket salad to decorate (I also used a touch of quark with flax-seed oil and chives as part of a Johanna Budwig anti-cancer protocol)
Makes a tasty, quick and impressive Entre for 4!
