Cut one big Cauliflower into steak-like slices, marinate them in olive oil, turmeric, salt and pepper, before frying them in coconut oil in a hot pan.
In the same pan, fry haloumi (I use goat/sheep haloumi) and mushrooms and create a stem, for the cauliflower ‘tree’.
These lovely fancy baby beets are great decoration and look like roses in the parsley or coriander garden. I don’t cook them, but marinate them in apple-cider vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper. I have added some also into the coconut yoghurt dressing with lemon and tiny cubes of red onion.
It doesn’t just look pretty, but it’s delicious and healthy too!
