This was part 2 of a Rainbow Dinner – and only a Recipe FSO (For Special Occasions).
Ingredients and Preparation
Wild caught fresh Sashimi-grade Salmon
Wasabi Cream (Wasabi, coconut yoghurt, salt, pepper)
Basil and lemon grass to decorate
3 Prawns per person (peeled except for tail, marinated briefly in Tamari or organic soy sauce, maple syrup and pumpkin-seed oil, optional) and fried in coconut oil
1/2 organic sweet potatoe (baked in oven and topped with the same wasabi cream)
Fast and simple to prepare – delicious and healthy!
