Amazing lunch, in alignment with the lectin free diet, promoted by ‘the Plant Paradox’ (Dr. Steven Gundry):
wild caught fish, grilled in avocado oil, seasoned with turmeric, salt, pepper, kelp flakes
topped with: fried onions (1/2), garlic (3 cloves), ginger (3 cm), cut, chilli (not in alignment with the lectin free diet, so please omit), soy sauce (Tamari), mirin
and bok choy, briefly steamed, all round the fish, topped with coriander.
Feel free to add basil, mint or herbs of your choice.
