I was told it’s the best antibiotics from a natural source (but try not to make big statements). I just cut up the five ingredients into small cubes, put them into a clean and sterilized jar, topping the mix with apple cider vinegar (with the mother)
Ingredients:
same amount of organic:
onions
garlic
turmeric
ginger
chilli
and topped with organic apple cider vinegar to cover the ingredients in the jar.
I add them to most salads or eat a spoonful from the jar – some can only handle the liquid.
